Elm Sun completed a full office and showroom renovation for a wholesale supplier client based in Manchester. The client wanted a better space to showcase their products to their customers and a brighter and more comfortable space for both their office staff and warehouse workers to opperate in. Big updates were needed and a fresh new layout design and colour scheme.
Focus on making the new offices a contemporary and stylish space .
Having outgrown their previous showroom the client needed a bigger space to display and present their products to new and existing customers which required Elm Sun to redesign the layout of the entire office space taking into account cost, time and functionality. Utilising natural light in some areas and the opposite in others with a focus on making the new offices a comtemporary and stylish space that still remained fairly simple made this a project one that needed to be in constant discussions with the client before reaching a final plan.

The showroom has been made a much more usable and open customer area with easy access to stock storage, a new repacking room and toilets created from scratch as part of an extension that needed knock through. Opening up new internal and external doorways allowed for a much better flow through the offices and a brighter space all round.
New wiring was required in parts including additions to the existing fire system. A fresh kitchen space complete with water boiler and eating area near enclosed WC’s has given staff a calm and pleasant area to take their breaks. New LVT flooring throughout and a simple but modern colour scheme has also made the offices an up-to-date and hardwearing proffesional work environment for all who use it.
The project was completed on time and with minimum disruptions to staff with only one week out of 6 requiring an empty office space. The client was so happy they have since awarded Elm Sun a number of other contracts including further rennovations, demolition and concrete civils works.
